SSA Blue Dress Run
The SSA Alumnae Association hosts the 5th Annual SSA Blue Dress Run in Covington, Louisiana. This event serves as a fundraiser for the association's Tuition Assistance Fund. Participants are encouraged to wear festive blue attire for the occasion.
The event features two distinct distances for participants:
- 5K Run (3.1 miles)
- 1 Mile Fun Run
The race begins at Bogue Falaya Fitness, where activities start with music from a DJ. The route guides participants through Historic Downtown Covington. The course concludes at the Covington Trailhead, where the post-race gathering includes food and beverages for those in attendance.
