Squatchywaska Mountainfest is a trail festival on the Shawangunk Ridge near Ellenville, New York, held on April 24, 2027. The event offers two lollipop courses that start and finish at Berme Road Park.

Both courses are true mountain routes with technical singletrack, rock slabs, roots, steep climbs and descents, and roughly 3+ miles of crushed gravel carriage roads. Elevation gain is listed as about 2,500 ft for the 25K and about 1,800 ft for the 10 mile. The 25K includes sections that require scrambling.
Field and access details: the event is capped at 150 participants across both distances and used a lottery open December 1–31 with names drawn on January 1; entrants not drawn are added to a waitlist. There is a six hour overall cutoff for both events; the 25K has two on-course cutoffs and the 10 mile has one on-course cutoff. The course is marked with neon pink ribbon and large directional arrows.
Aid and support: two on-course aid stations (Smiley and Maratanza) provide water, Skratch and snacks; these aid stations are not crew-accessible. Crew access is limited to the start/finish area. Professional race photos are provided.
Safety and requirements: participants must carry a charged phone, water, at least 200 extra calories, a whistle and a GPX file of the course on a device. Dogs are not allowed at the start/finish park. Pacers or guides are permitted for participants over 60 and for athletes with disabilities with prior registration. The event benefits a land conservation nonprofit. Refunds are not offered; deferral options are available under specified conditions.
