Orange Runners Club Jingle Jog 4 Mile Run/Walk
The Jingle Jog is a holiday season event organized by the Orange Runners Club in Orange County, NY. The event features a 4 mile run with a walk option and serves as the final race of the 2025 Grand Prix series. It has been held in several locations over the years and for the last 10 years or so it has taken place in Middletown, NY at the Middletown Elks Lodge #1097 near the YMCA, 48 Prospect St.
The course includes a notable hill around mile two and a course map is available. Awards are given to the top three overall male and female finishers and to the top three in the following age groups: 1-12; 13-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70-79; and 80 and above. The top five walkers of any gender are also recognized. Awards and food are provided at the Middletown Elks Lodge after the race.
A donation of an unwrapped toy or gift for underprivileged local children is appreciated. A portion of the event proceeds is designated for the Pets Alive animal shelter. Registration is available via paper and online forms, and past race results and photo galleries for multiple years are maintained by the club.
