Spring Fling 5K - Newark
The Spring Fling 5K is a community sports event held in Newark, Delaware, at Glasgow Park. The event serves as a fundraiser for the Police Athletic League (PAL) of Delaware, with proceeds supporting youth programs and summer camps. Participants can take part in a 5K run or walk on a course located at 2275 Pulaski Highway.

- 70 and over
