Spring Fling 5K : Newark, DE
The Spring Fling 5K takes place on Saturday May 30, 2026 in Newark at 2275 Pulaski Highway. The event is presented by PAL of Delaware and combines a 5K run/walk with a community block party. The block party includes music, activities, food, and family-friendly entertainment.

Age groups are 13 and under, 14 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, and 70 and over. Overall and masters results are based on gun time; age group placings are based on chip time.
All proceeds from the event support PAL of Delaware’s youth programs and camps.
