Conquer The Canal : Delaware City, DE
Conquer The Canal is a race series held on 22 May 2027 at 250 Fifth Street, Delaware City, Delaware. The series runs alongside the C&D Canal and includes multiple certified race distances and a family run.
The event distances include:
- Marathon - 26.2 miles
- Half Marathon - 13.1 miles
- 10K - 6.2 miles
- 5K - 3.1 miles
- Family Fun Run 5K - 3.1 miles
The majority of the course is very level and on solid ground, with extended sections beside the water. Runners can expect continuous views of the canal and surrounding natural areas. Certification is noted for the marathon, half marathon, 10K, and 5K courses.
Registration opens 21 July 2026 and closes 1 November 2026. Published entry fees for the listed races are $125 for the marathon, $100 for the half marathon, $50 for the 10K, and $35 for the 5K.
