Spring Blickling Half Marathon
The Spring Blickling Half Marathon is a half marathon held in Blickling on 14 March 2027. The route starts and finishes in front of Blickling Hall and follows a multi-terrain course that includes road, adopted road and hard wearing tracks. Parts of the route may be uneven and narrow in places; the event follows UK Athletics guidelines but is not UK Athletics affiliated.
Entry information notes a standard entry fee of £35 plus a booking fee, which includes event parking. All entries include chip timing and a bespoke race medal. Charity entries require a minimum of £150 raised via an official fundraising page for the chosen charity partner to qualify for a refund of the entry fee; selecting a charity entry permits the organiser to share contact details with the chosen charity for fundraising support. A range of charity partners is available.
Optional extras include an official race T-shirt for £17 with sizing and measurements provided at entry, and race numbers can be posted for an additional £2 or collected on race morning. Minimum age for entrants is 17 years and the course cut-off time is four hours.
Facilities listed for the event include toilets and event parking, with donuts and cookies provided after the race. Entrants may donate an extra £5 to support EPIC Norfolk’s dementia activity programme. If the race is postponed, entries will be moved to the new date or can be transferred or completed virtually; if cancelled without postponement, entries will be deferred to next year or a refund may be requested under the organiser’s cancellation terms.
