Sportspectrum Turkey Trot
The Sportspectrum Turkey Trot is a Thanksgiving morning running event held in Shreveport, Louisiana at Stoner Boat Launch off the Clyde Fant Parkway on November 26, 2026. The event program includes a three mile race and a short fun run for children ages 10 and under.

- 3.1 miles
- 1/2 mile fun run for ages 10 and under, includes long sleeve race shirt
Registration opens July 24, 2026. Fee schedule for the three mile event is: $25 for pre-registration through November 15, $30 from November 16 to November 25, and $40 on race day. The kids fun run entry fee is $15 and includes a long sleeve race shirt. Participants may decline a shirt to reduce the fee by $5. Registrations received by November 13 are guaranteed a t-shirt.
Packet pick-up is available at Sportspectrum, 6970 Fern Ave., beginning Saturday, November 21 (10:00 am to 5:30 pm). There is no Sunday packet pick-up. Additional packet pick-up is available Monday November 23 through Wednesday November 25 (10:00 am to 6:00 pm) and on Thanksgiving morning at the race site.
Awards: first place overall male and female receive a turkey; no trophies will be awarded. Post-race activities include music and refreshments.
Refund and transfer policy: full refund if cancellation is more than 30 days before the event; 50% refund between 30 days and two weeks prior; no refunds within two weeks. Race entry transfers are allowed with a $10 fee if completed at least two weeks before the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
