Log Jammer Marathon, Half Marathon & 5K
The Log Jammer event is held in Shreveport, Louisiana on November 22, 2026. The course starts and finishes in the parking lot of Sportspectrum at 6970 Fern Avenue, Shreveport, LA 71105.
Distances and divisions include:
- Marathon 26.2 Miles
- Half Marathon 13.1 Miles
- 5K Race 3.1 Miles
- 2-person Marathon Relay each member runs 13.1 miles
- Wheelchair divisions offered for Marathon, Half Marathon and 5K
- Relay categories include coed, all male, and all female teams
Entry fees follow tiered pricing that changes by date for each race. Relay entries have no race day registration. Packet pickup is at Sportspectrum on the days before the race and on race day; packets will not be mailed. Once packet pickup begins, switching events is not permitted. There will be finishers medals for each race.
Awards include overall and masters prizes for marathon and half marathon with cash prizes for top overall finishers, age-group awards in defined age brackets, 5K overall and age-group awards, and wheelchair awards for 1st overall male and female. The full marathon has a 6.5 hour time limit; the half marathon has a 3.5 hour time limit. No dogs, inline skates or skateboards are allowed on the course.
