Log Jammer Marathon, Half Marathon & 5K
This event takes place on November 22, 2026, at Sportspectrum, 6970 Fern Avenue, Shreveport, LA 71105. The race starts and finishes in the Sportspectrum parking lot.
Distances offered:
- 26.2 Miles - Marathon and Marathon Wheelchair Division
- 13.1 Miles - Half Marathon and Half Marathon Wheelchair Division
- 13.1 Miles - Two person marathon relay teams
- 3.1 Miles - 5K and 5K Wheelchair Division
Entry fees vary by registration date. Examples from the posted schedule: marathon fees range from $110 to $130, half marathon fees range from $90 to $110, two person relay fees range from $90 to $105, and 5K fees range from $25 to $40. There is no race day registration for the two person relay.
Packet pickup is at Sportspectrum on Thursday November 19 (10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.), Friday November 20 (10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.), Saturday November 21 (9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.), and Sunday race day from 6:15 a.m. to 7:10 a.m. No packet pickup after 7:10 a.m. on race morning.
Course notes: the marathon route includes hills through the South Highlands neighborhood in the first half, with flatter sections after mile 10. The full marathon has a 6.5 hour time limit and the half marathon has a 3.5 hour time limit.
Awards and finishers medals are provided for overall, masters, age group placements, relay winners, and wheelchair divisions. Food and beverages are served at the post event party and awards. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
