Log Jammer Marathon, Half Marathon & 5K
This event takes place on November 22, 2026, with start and finish at Sportspectrum, 6970 Fern Avenue, Shreveport, LA 71105.
Distances and divisions:
- Marathon : 26.2 miles.
- Marathon Wheelchair Division : 26.2 miles.
- Half Marathon : 13.1 miles.
- Half Marathon Wheelchair Division : 13.1 miles.
- 2-person Marathon Relay (Coed, M/M, F/F) : each team member runs 13.1 miles.
- 5K Race : 3.1 miles.
- 5K Wheelchair Division : 3.1 miles.
Age and registration notes: The marathon requires participants to be 19 years or older. Relay teams receive no race day registration. Entry fees increase over time; examples include early registration fees of $110 for the marathon, $90 for the half marathon, $90 for relay teams, and $25 for the 5K, with higher fees listed for later registration and race day.
Packet pickup: Packet pickup is at Sportspectrum on Thursday November 19, Friday November 20, Saturday November 21, and on race day morning. No packet pickup is available after the morning cutoff on race day. Once packet pickup begins on Thursday the 19th there will be no switching events.
Awards and facilities: All races have finishers medals. Prize purses and awards include overall, second overall, masters, and age group awards for marathon and half marathon, top overall and age group awards for the 5K, and overall wheelchair awards. Food and beverages are provided at the post event party. Course rules prohibit dogs, inline skates, and skateboards. Time limits apply to the marathon and half marathon.
