AM Caravans Castle 5K Race 3
AM Caravans Castle 5K Race 3 takes place on 15 July 2026 at The Sheepmount, Carlisle, Great Britain. The event is part of a series sponsored by AM Caravans.

The 5 km course is officially measured. The route uses a mixture of park paths, pavements and quiet roads that are mainly flat. The course begins with a loop of Bitts Park, returns past Carlisle Castle for two laps around the castle area, then proceeds back to Sheepmount Stadium with a finish close to the small grandstand. Competitors should take care at turns, follow marshal and race director instructions, and be aware of the presence of cars and cyclists.
Course records are 00:14:54 for male and 00:16:28 for female. A full course risk assessment, route maps, the race permit and the measurement certificate will be on display at event headquarters in line with UKA rules. A race safety briefing will be held on the day.
Prizes: overall 1st to 3rd male and female. Age group prizes are awarded according to the number of competitors and age group payments are issued by BACS within seven days. Withdrawals one month prior to the event incur a 50% charge; after that no refunds are given. Results are published online shortly after the race.
