Sport In Action 5K Series

Castle 5K, Race 3 in the Sport In Action 5K Series, is held at The Sheepmount in Carlisle, Great Britain. The event offers a 5 km main race, plus a 10 km option for U16 juniors (11–15). The course starts near the Sheepmount Stadium and finishes on the Sheepmount track, using a mix of park paths, pavements and quiet roads that are flat or gently undulating, with marshals at turns.
