AM Caravans Castle 5K Race 3
The event takes place on 15 July 2026 at The Sheepmount, Carlisle, Great Britain. Distances on offer include:

- 10 km
The course uses a mixture of park paths, pavements and quiet roads and is described as mainly flat with generally good road surfaces. The route begins with a loop of Bitts Park before returning past Carlisle Castle; competitors complete two laps around the castle area and finish near the small grandstand at Sheepmount Stadium. Caution is advised at turns and runners should follow marshal instructions and be aware of traffic and cyclists. The 5 km route is officially measured and a measurement certificate will be available.
Race administration details state that race numbers are issued at race registration. A full course risk assessment, route maps, the race permit and the measurement certificate will be on display at the event headquarters in accordance with UKA rules. Results will be published online after the event.
Prizes are awarded to the overall 1st, 2nd and 3rd male and female finishers and age group prizes are allocated based on the number of competitors in each category. Age group prizes are paid by BACS within seven days. The withdrawal policy applies a 50 percent charge for cancellations made one month before the event and no refunds after that date.
