Carlisle Tri Club Triathlon
The Carlisle Tri Club Triathlon is a sprint triathlon held at the Sands Centre in Great Britain on 19 July 2026. The swim takes place in the new swimming pool at the refurbished Sands Centre and the event includes individual and relay entries.
Distances for the sprint event:
- 500 m swim
- 20.4 km bike
- 4.9 km run
The bike route is an out and back to the ring road at Carlisle Airport. The run route crosses Eden Bridge, includes a short loop in Rickerby Park, and returns via the memorial Bridge. The event is chip timed; chips and race numbers are issued at registration. All finishers receive a bespoke medal.
