Carlisle Tri Club Triathlon
The Carlisle Tri Club Triathlon takes place on 18 July 2027 at the Sands Centre in Carlisle, Great Britain. The event is organised by Carlisle Tri Club and is staged around the refurbished Sands Centre swimming pool and nearby roads and parks.
The race format is a sprint triathlon with the following distances:
- 500 m swim
- 20.4 km bike
- 4.9 km run
The bike route is an out and back that reaches the ring road by Carlisle Airport. The run route crosses Eden Bridge, includes a short loop in Rickerby Park, and returns to the Sands Centre via the memorial Bridge. The event will use chip timing and race chips and race numbers are issued at registration. A bespoke finisher medal is awarded to all finishers.
Non-British Triathlon Federation members must purchase a race pass to compete. A relay team option is available in addition to individual entries. Registration closes on 17 July 2027 and entries are managed through the event organiser. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
