Carlisle Tri Club Triathlon : 19 July 2026
The Carlisle Tri Club Triathlon takes place at The Sands Centre in Carlisle, Great Britain. The event returns in 2026 after the 2025 edition and is organised by Carlisle Tri Club.
The sprint format comprises a 500 m swim in the refurbished Sands Centre pool, a 20.4 km bike leg and a 4.9 km run. The bike course is an out and back route to the ring road at Carlisle Airport. The run route crosses Eden Bridge, includes a short loop in Rickerby Park and returns to the Sands via the memorial Bridge.
The race is chip timed; timing chips and race numbers are issued at registration. Non British Triathlon Federation members must purchase a race pass to take part. A bespoke finisher medal is awarded to all finishers. A relay team category is offered in addition to individual sprint entries.
