Carlisle Tri Club Triathlon : CTC Triathlon information
The Carlisle Tri Club Triathlon takes place at The Sands Centre in Carlisle on 19 July 2026. The event uses the new swimming pool at the refurbished Sands Centre and features a sprint triathlon format with separate individual and relay entries.

- 20.4 km bike
- 4.9 km run
The bike route is an out-and-back to the ring road at Carlisle Airport. The run route crosses Eden Bridge, includes a short loop in Rickerby Park, and returns to the Sands via the memorial Bridge. The event will be chip timed; chips and race numbers are issued at registration. All finishers receive a bespoke medal.
Entry options listed by the organiser include an individual sprint entry and a relay team entry. Non-BTF members must purchase a race pass to take part.
