Sport In Action 5K Series

Castle 5K – Race 1 in Sport In Action’s Castle 5K Series takes place at The Sheepmount in Carlisle, Great Britain. The 5 km course uses park paths, pavements and quiet roads, with flat to gently undulating sections and generally good surfaces. It is an officially measured route, starting near the Sheepmount Stadium and finishing on the track inside the Sheepmount.

The event includes a safety briefing and marshals, live results, and prize presentations for overall and age-group winners, with a roll-down prize system.
