Sport In Action 10K
This event takes place on Sunday 20 September 2026 at The Sheepmount, Carlisle, Great Britain. The race distance is 10 km and the course has been officially measured and certified by the Association of UK Course Measurers. The measurement certificate, race permit and route maps will be available at the event headquarters in accordance with UKA rules (Permit No TBA).
Race numbers and timing chips are issued at race registration. Live results will be provided by Timing Up North. The listed entry fee is £21.00 plus fees of £0.50 and 5 percent per participant. Registration closes 19 September 2026 at 23:59.
Prize awards are given to overall male and female 1st, 2nd and 3rd places. Age group prizes follow a scale: 1 to 17 competitors receive 1st place only, 18 to 27 competitors receive 1st and 2nd places, and 28 or more competitors receive 1st, 2nd and 3rd places. If an age group competitor finishes in an overall prize position, the age group prize rolls down to the next eligible finisher. The overall third place prize will not be less than the age group winner.
