Acorn Bank 10k
Eden Runners will host the Acorn Bank 10K on Sunday 13 September 2026. The race starts and finishes in the grounds of the Acorn Bank National Trust property and follows an accurately measured route registered with RunEvents and England Athletics. The course runs along country lanes and tarmac footpaths and is described as undulating with a few challenging hills. Course measurement certificate number is 20/103 and the RunEvents race licence is listed as TBA.
Event organisation includes parking, registration and toilets within the Acorn Bank grounds. Parking will be coordinated by marshals and there is a suggested donation of £5 per car which includes entry to the estate, gardens and house; all parking proceeds go to Acorn Bank (National Trust), charity number 205846. The organisers donate £2 from each entry to the Celebrating Pollinators conservation project at Acorn Bank. Race rules follow UKA guidance so headphones are not permitted and running with dogs is not allowed. Transfers between entrants are possible via the SiEntries system up to Friday 12 September; no transfers on the day and no refunds or deferrals are available. The minimum age is strictly 15 years on the day. Prizes are awarded to the first three overall male and female finishers and in category groups including U23, V40, V50, V60 and V70, plus first club or team of three.
