Spooky Sprint - Tampa
The Spooky Sprint is a Halloween-themed running event held in Tampa, Florida. This annual gathering features multiple race distances to accommodate various participation preferences. The event provides a structured environment for runners with chip-timing for the longer distances, live results, and official awards.
Participants can choose from several distance options:
- Half Marathon
- 10k (6.2 Miles)
- 5k (3.1 Miles)

- Kids Dash (50m, untimed for children 10 and under)
Registration for the timed events includes a designer shirt, a custom bib, and a finisher medal. To guarantee a shirt, registration must be completed by midnight on the Thursday falling two weeks prior to race day. For the 5k and 10k events, reduced pricing is available for participants aged 12 and under. The Kids Dash for children aged 10 and under includes a mini bib and youth-sized shirt, though children may participate for free if they do not require the event merchandise.
Amenities for all on-site participants include free professional photos and treats at the finish line. A virtual race option is also available for those unable to attend the in-person event, allowing participants to run at a location of their choice and receive their merchandise via mail.
