The Tunnel to Towers 5K in Trinity/Pasco is a community event on 10/24/2026 that honors first responders and military and raises funds for the Tunnel to Towers Foundation's programs. This is the event's third year in Trinity/Pasco.
The course is a 5K (3.1 miles) open to participants of any age. The event is chip timed and finisher medals are given to all participants. Awards focus on participants who run in firefighter, police, or military gear, reflecting the event's commemorative intent. Water is provided along the route and at the start/finish. Emergency medical services and radio communication are available on site. Parking is available at the venue.
Packet pickup is offered before race day at StretchLAB, 18875 SR-54 W, Lutz, FL 33558, and race-day packet pickup takes place at the race site. Day-of registration is permitted until the morning of the event, though same-day registrants may not receive their requested T-shirt sizes. Registration fees vary by category: adult $25, first responders and military $20, ages 13–17 $10, ages 12 and under $5. Registration fees do not count toward individual fundraising totals.
Participants must display their bib on the front of their outermost garment; those without a bib will not be allowed to finish. Strollers, wheelchairs, firefighter turnout gear, military backpacks, and friendly dogs are permitted; roller blades and bicycles are not. Donations are accepted for several weeks after the event.
