About the race
HYROX holds a four day event in Tampa from October 22 to 25, 2026. This will be HYROX’s first competition in the city and is described as bringing thousands of athletes together across multiple days. The event takes place at the Tampa Convention Center, 333 S Franklin St, Tampa, FL 33602. The program includes a range of divisions and formats, including HYROX Men and Women, Adaptive Men and Women, Doubles (Men, Women, Mixed), Pro divisions, pro doubles, and relay competitions.
Individual start times will be published in the lead up to the event and a provisional schedule is available for planning. On-site registration opens 90 minutes before the first start wave for each division. The race package and on-site experience include a HYROX finisher patch, live leaderboard results and individual finisher times with split timings, age group award ceremonies, qualification slots for certain age groups to the World Championships, aid stations before, during, and after the course, a Thunderdome spectator view, an Entertainment Zone, and professional race photography opportunities. Official photography uses a selfie search that requires consent for biometric processing and a visible wristband; photos are typically available about 48 hours after the race. Volunteers earn Reward Points redeemable for tickets or merchandise.
HYROX also offers a Race for Impact charity option in partnership with High Impact Athletes with minimum fundraising requirements for Singles, Doubles, and Relay entries. Flex add-on options allow limited name changes and vary in refund eligibility depending on how far before the event the change is requested.
