Spooky Sprint - Lansing
Spooky Sprint takes place on 10/25/2026 at Burchard Park, 220 E Maple St, Lansing, MI 48906. The event offers a range of race distances and options on the same day in a Halloween themed setting.
- Kids Dash - 50 m (ages 10 and under)
- 1 Mile - untimed
- 5K - 3.1 miles
- 10K - 6.2 miles
- Half Marathon - 13.1 miles
Registration for the 1 Mile, 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon includes a custom bib, designer shirt, and a finisher medal. The Kids Dash registration includes a mini bib, youth-sized shirt, and a specifically crafted kids medal; a child may run the kids dash without receiving swag for free. Youth pricing for the 5K and 10K is available for ages 12 and under at $17.
The event uses chip timing with live results and presents awards. Free photos are provided and there are treats available at the finish area. A virtual option allows participants to run remotely and still receive event swag.
A Volunteer then Run option asks volunteers to arrive 30 minutes before packet pickup to help, after which they may run any distance. The Running Buddy Half Marathon requires prior application and approval. To guarantee a shirt, registration must be completed by midnight on the Thursday two weeks before race day.
