Spillway Classic Trail Run

The event is the 39th annual Spillway Classic Trail Run. The course is an off-road, unpaved 3-mile run known as "The Gauntlet." It takes place on natural trails through the Bonnet Carre Spillway in Norco, Louisiana.

The course evolves with the local ecosystem, and conditions can be dynamic. Participants are advised that muddy or wet conditions are likely and can vary based on recent weather. An award ceremony is scheduled after the race.

The event is open to all runners and walkers, including both New Orleans Track Club members and non-members. A pre-race packet pickup is scheduled for the day before the event at the Bonnet Carre Spillway Boat Launch Pavilion.
