Routes, entries and support

  • 50 km - Tamdhu Distillery to Buckie along the Speyside Way.
  • 100 km - Aviemore to Buckie following the Speyside Way and joining the 50 km route at Tamdhu.

The 50 km route follows the Speyside Way through whisky country towns, includes a climb at Ben Aigen, sections of road running, and finishes on a coastal path into Buckie town centre. The 100 km route adds a mountainous section from Aviemore to Tamdhu before following the 50 km course. GPX files and an official race handbook are provided to competitors in advance. Volunteers are used for marshalling, catering, and other event roles; volunteer incentives include event provisions and a hi-viz vest. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
