Course, rules and logistics
The race route starts and finishes at Lossiemouth Sports & Community Centre (Coulardbank Rd, Lossiemouth IV31 6JU) and follows coastal roads toward Covesea, around the airbase and back into Lossiemouth. A water station is located approximately halfway. Registration and bib collection take place at the community centre and photo ID is required for collection. There is limited parking at the leisure centre and additional parking at Lossiemouth East and West Beach car parks; residential street parking should be considerate. Changing facilities, showers and toilets are available at the community centre, and a bag drop is offered without liability. The event enforces a 2.5 hour course cut-off, requires participants to be over 18 on race day, prohibits buggies and pets, and allows only bone-conducting headphones; in-ear headphones may lead to disqualification. Basic free refreshments and light paid refreshments are available at the finish, and prizegiving takes place at the finish area. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
