Southern Utah Half Marathon
The Southern Utah Half Marathon takes place on March 20, 2027, beginning at Highland Park in Washington, Utah. The course proceeds through the City of Washington and follows the paved Virgin River Trail for much of the route. Participants pass views of the sun rising over Zion National Park in the distance.
The route descends for the first four miles and then continues with a gradual decline along the Virgin River Trail for the remaining nine miles. The course surface is paved where it follows the trail.
The event lists multiple race categories including a Half Marathon and a Wheelchair Half Marathon, both 13.1 miles. A pacer category is also listed with separate registration dates and no fee.
