Southern Tier Triathlon Club Summer Tri Series
The Southern Tier Triathlon Club Summer Tri Series is a three-race Super Sprint triathlon series held in Cassadaga, NY, on Park Avenue. The series takes place on three dates in 2026: June 3, July 8, and August 5. The site is described as a lakeside community just off I-90, about one hour south of Buffalo, NY and one hour north of Erie, PA.
Race format for the Super Sprint is:
- 400 m swim
- 13 mile bike
- 2 mile run
Race options include individual Sprint Triathlon entries, an AquaBike option for individuals, and relay team entries. The AquaBike option is offered to individuals only and is not available to relay teams. Paratriathletes are welcome. Points are awarded at each race in the series; at season end the Champion through fifth place for male and female divisions are honored.
A series registration option covers all three races and includes a discount compared to single-race entry, allows deferrals to 2027, and carries conditions for race transfers that may incur additional fees. Series registrants receive one race t-shirt, three finisher medals, and eligibility for overall and age group awards. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
