Buns on the Run 5K - Bemus Point, NY
The Bemus Point Track Club presents the 4th annual Buns on the Run 5K, held along the lakeside with start and finish in Village Park at 1 Lakeside Drive in Bemus Point, NY. The event takes place on May 30, 2026, and is part of the Chautauqua Striders 2026 Runner of the Year Series. The course is officially USATF certified, certificate number NY24009JJ.
Distances offered:
- 5k Run - 3.1 miles
- 5k Walk - 3.1 miles
- Kids' 1 Mile Fun Run - 1 mile
Registration details vary by event. Registration for the 5k Run and 5k Walk opens on February 20 and closes on May 29; registration for the Kids' 1 Mile Fun Run opens on March 12 and closes on May 29. Entry fees listed by the organizer are $30 for the 5k run and walk, and $15 for the kids' mile. Shirts are available for participants registered by May 17.
Overall and age group prizes will be awarded. Light post-run refreshments will be provided.
