Southampton Fast Twitch

The Southampton Fast Twitch is a sprint triathlon event taking place at Applemore Leisure Centre, marking the start of the triathlon season. Participants will engage in a 400m swim, followed by a 21km bike ride through the scenic New Forest National Park, and conclude with a 5km run. The course offers a mix of beautiful landscapes, including heathland and woodlands, and the chance to see local wildlife.
