Southampton Fast Twitch

The Southampton Fast Twitch is a sprint triathlon event scheduled for April 27, 2025, at Applemore Leisure Centre, located near the scenic New Forest National Park. This event is designed to kick off the triathlon season, allowing participants to test their winter training through a 400m swim, a 21km bike ride, and a 5km run. The bike course takes athletes through the picturesque New Forest, where they may encounter local wildlife.
