SomerStrong 5K, 10K and Halloween Family Fair : Bridgewater, NJ
The SomerStrong event takes place on October 25, 2026 at Duke Island Park in Bridgewater, New Jersey. Hosted by the Philippine Nurses Association of New Jersey Somerset County Subchapter, the event is in its fourth year and draws over 200 runners, walkers, and families from Somerset County and the surrounding region. Proceeds support PNANJ Somerset’s mission to empower nurses and uplift communities.

- Kids Fun Run (under 7 years)
The 5K and 10K are USATF sanctioned and award 500 Grand Prix points. The event features professional timing with official results, cash prizes totaling more than $1,000, age-group trophies, and participation medals for finishers. Family activities include a kids fun run, a costume parade and contest, music, food, giveaways, and a Trunk or Treat area. T-shirts are optional and may be purchased at check-in for $5.
