Solstice 5K - Toronto
The Solstice 5K - Toronto is a seasonal running event held at Kew Gardens on Queen Street East. This evening race encourages participants to experience the long days of summer by racing against the sunset. The event features both in-person and virtual options for participants across Canada.

Participants in the event receive a pair of HOKA Rincon 4 running shoes and a finisher medal. The commemorative medal features a unique design with a miniature Earth that orbits the sun. Shoe sizes for men and women are available on a limited basis depending on the time of registration.
The event serves as a platform for fundraising in support of the SickKids Foundation. Registration is open to Canadian residents only, and overseas applications are not accepted.
