General Information
The Solstice 5K - Toronto takes place on Sunday, June 21, 2026. The event is held at Kew Gardens, located at 2075 Queen Street East in Toronto.
Participation Options
Participants can choose between two formats:
- In-person 5K : a run/walk event on site.
- Virtual 5K : a remote participation from anywhere in Canada.
For each format, an advance pricing tier is available until sold out, followed by regular pricing. The number of spots is limited.
Included with Registration
All participants registered for the in-person event will receive a pair of HOKA Rincon 4 running shoes and a finisher medal. Shoe sizes are available in limited quantities.
Participants in the virtual option will receive a pair of running shoes and a finisher medal, shipped to their home. A shipping fee of $13.99 applies.
Fundraising
The event supports the SickKids Foundation. A fundraising campaign is organized in conjunction with the race.

The national sponsors for the event are Hoka and Running Room.
Important Notes
Registrations are non-refundable. Style substitutions and size exchanges for shoes are not permitted. The event uses the hashtag #Solstice5K on social media. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
