Solstice 5K - Toronto
The Solstice 5K in Toronto takes place on June 21, 2026 at Kew Gardens on Queen Street East. The event marks the long days of summer and offers both in-person and virtual participation.

- 5 km in-person run/walk
- 5 km virtual, participate from anywhere in Canada
All participants receive a pair of HOKA Rincon 4 shoes and a commemorative finisher medal. Shoe sizes are limited; men's (D width) sizes listed include 8 to 13 and women's (B width) sizes include 6 to 11. Registrations are non-refundable and style substitutions or size exchanges are not permitted.
For virtual entries, shoes and the medal are shipped to the provided address and a shipping fee of CA$13.99 is added. Registration fees are shown in Canadian dollars and apply to Canadian residents only; overseas applicants are not accepted.
