About the race
Toronto Run Rave is a free social 5K run that combines a waterfront route with music and a post-run recovery option at NRG Haus. The route links NRG Haus, Marilyn Bell Park, and Trillium Park and returns to NRG Haus. The event includes group running with a regrouping break and music transmitted to participants who choose the premium headphone option.
Two ticket types are offered: a Premium Admission that includes wireless headphones for synchronized music and live microphone-led guidance, and a Free Accessible Admission that does not include headphones. An optional Sauna + Cold Plunge Recovery session at NRG Haus is available for participants who hold the separate recovery ticket or have included it in their purchase. The organizer notes a social running pace of approximately 6:30-7:00/km.
Participants are advised to bring running shoes, comfortable activewear, a water bottle, a light layer, a fully charged phone, a swimsuit for the recovery experience, and a change of clothes. Event staff and run leaders provide route planning, on-site logistics, equipment setup, and volunteer support. Photographs and video may be taken during the event and shared afterward. The event has a no refunds policy. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
