About the race
The Holiday Run & Taste is a 5K loop event in downtown Toronto scheduled for November 28, 2026. The route passes through several city districts and is presented as a combined fun run and food crawl with five curated tasting stops served by local bakeries and restaurants. The course features seasonal decorations and holiday lighting as participants move through downtown neighborhoods.
The route passes through the Financial District, St. Lawrence Market, the Distillery District, the Canary District and Front Street. Five tasting partners named for the event are Eve's Temptations, Soma Chocolatemaker, Souk Tabule, Cobs Bread and Circle and Squares Bakery. Tastings are included with entry and limited servings are available for the grand opening. Event logistics list a meeting point at Circle and Squares Bakery inside the TD Centre, 77 King St W, Toronto. Start waves are self-corralled into groups limited to 30 people per group, with groups leaving in successive waves. Included items noted for entrants are a Holiday Dessert Spoon finisher medal, five signature holiday tastings, an official race bib kit and premium stainless soup thermos as swag.
