The event supports The Salvation Army and takes place at Wilket Creek Park, with access via the entrance at 1132 Leslie Street in Toronto. An Athletes’ Village will be available for participants.
Registration for 2026 is simplified to a single option called "Individual – 5K Fun Run / 1K Elf Walk". Each participant receives a personalized race bib and a finisher medal that doubles as a Christmas tree ornament. The listed price is CA$61.59, fees included. Discounts are applied automatically: CA$10 off for youth (18 and under) and seniors (65+), and group discounts of 10% for 4–9 participants and 15% for 10 or more.
