- 13.1 miles (half marathon)
- 5 miles
- Relay (12 laps of the course)
Course and format
The course is an approximately 2.6-mile paved loop on sidewalks and paved paths with some short trail sections. Laps begin with a bell signal. Each loop has a 45-minute time limit; participants who do not meet the limit may be disqualified. Rest intervals between laps depend on the lap finish time (for example, a 25-minute lap yields a 20-minute break).
Support, relay rules, and awards
An aid station at the start/finish provides snacks (pickles, cookies, chips, Little Debbie snacks) and drinks (water, Tailwind, Coke, ginger ale); no disposable cups are provided. Relay teams may have 2 to 4 members, with only one runner per team on course at a time; team lap limits vary by team size. Top three overall male and female finishers receive trophies; age group awards are given for 1st–3rd in each age group and points apply toward the Upstate Road Series.

Entries may be transferred and distances may be changed. Club members receive a 15% discount; referring two runners earns a $5 discount. Race shirts are sold separately. No refunds or deferrals are offered unless the event sells out. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
