About the race
The Rudolph Run at Night is a community race held on Saturday, December 5, 2026, in Fountain Inn, South Carolina. The event includes a certified 5K route through downtown Fountain Inn and a timed 1 mile fun run. Check-in and the starting area are located at the Fountain Inn Fire Station, 200 N. Main Street.

Packet pickup is offered at the Activities Center, 610 Fairview Street, on Thursday, December 3 and Friday, December 4 (times listed by the organizer). Parking is available at the Fountain Inn Fire Station; participants are advised to allow time to park and check in and to follow posted signs or volunteers.
Awards are presented at the finish line and include top three male and female overall for both events plus top three male and female in each age group for the 5K. Age group categories run from youth through 80 plus (0-9, 10-12, 13-16, 17-19, 20-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-79, 80+). Race shirts are available and registering by Friday, November 20 guarantees a shirt.
Proceeds support City of Fountain Inn Youth Sports programs and the Miriam Foundation. The event is part of the Upstate Giving Series.
