Green Wave Jingle Jam 5k
The Green Wave Jingle Jam 5k is an evening community running event held at Easley High School in Easley, South Carolina on December 5, 2026. The course is lit along the campus, is mostly flat with minimal hills, and finishes downhill into the school track.
The event is open to the entire community and to all ages. It is not a sanctioned high school meet, though teams may attend. Registration carries a fee of $25. Entries submitted by November 21, 2026 are guaranteed a t-shirt. Online registration remains available until shortly before the race. Race-day registration and packet pick-up are provided; there is also an early packet pick-up on Friday, December 4, 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at the Easley High School main office. Registration includes a t-shirt and items from vendors.
Pre-race activities include a costume contest with awards for first through third place. Music will be played along the course, hot chocolate will be available after the run, and awards for age groups are presented after the event. Age-group awards are offered in the following brackets: 0-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, and 75+.
