The Slaley Hall & Forest Half Marathon and 10K takes place on Sunday 16 November 2025 at Slaley Hall Hotel, Coal Road, Hexham, NE47 0BX. Registration opens 19 November 2024 and closes 11 November 2025. Entry options and current availability listed by the organiser include: standard 10KM priced at £28 + fee with 391 places remaining; standard half marathon priced at £32 + fee with 414 places remaining; 10KM with T-shirt priced at £40 + fee with 32 places remaining; half marathon with T-shirt priced at £42 + fee with 36 places remaining. Free parking is available on site.

• Half Marathon - 13.1 miles (includes 7 miles around Slaley Forest)
• 10km - 6.2 miles (single lap of the Slaley Hall grounds)

Routes run through woodland and estate grounds on the edge of the North Pennines AONB, within the Slaley Hall estate of about 1,000 acres. The event is canicross friendly: one well-controlled dog per runner is allowed and dogs must be kept on a lead. Live chip-timing is provided by Timing Up North. All finishers receive an event medal, Wild Deer merchandise, a bacon sandwich or alternative, and a hot drink inside the hotel; the hotel bar is available for additional refreshments.
