The Skull Krusher 50k is a 50 km trail run. It takes place in Cave Creek, Arizona, on trails in the Cave Creek / Tonto National Forest area.

Course Details

The course goes up to Skull Mesa. It is described as a fairly difficult and rocky course with scenic desert and mountain views. The elevation change is roughly 5,000+ feet. The event is mostly self-supported. There is one fully stocked aid station at mile 22. Water sources on the course are creeks. Participants are expected to carry all their water, food, hydration, and necessary gear from the start or from the aid station. A water filter is listed as necessary gear. Logistics
