About the race
The Skirt the Skeith 12km is a community road race held in Dalry, North Ayrshire, organized by the Dalry Community Development Hub and supported by Dalry Sports Club. The scenic, hilly 12-kilometer route starts and finishes at Dalry Public Park, passing through Blair Road, Auchinskeith, and alongside the historic Blair House. The course features narrow roads and requires runners to be vigilant as roads remain open during the event.
Limited to 200 participants aged 17 and over, the race offers cash prizes for top male, female, and veteran finishers.
