Skirt the Skeith 12k

The Skirt the Skeith 12km is a community road race held in Dalry, North Ayrshire, organized by the Dalry Community Development Hub and supported by Dalry Sports Club. The scenic but challenging hilly course starts and finishes at Dalry Public Park, passing landmarks such as Auchinskeith and the historic Blair House. Limited to 200 runners aged 17 and over, the event features a staggered start due to narrow paths and includes a water station at 7km.

Participants receive a T-shirt, refreshments, and can enjoy a post-race BBQ with vegan options. Cash prizes and raffle draws add to the festive atmosphere, with a children's race also planned. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
