Run The Blades

Run the Blades is a multi-distance trail running event held at Whitelee Wind Farm near Glasgow, Scotland. The weekend features three races: a 10K, a half marathon, and a 50K ultramarathon, with the option to tackle all three over the weekend. Runners traverse wind-farm access roads on exposed, rolling terrain, with turbines towering above and several hills near the end.

The event is known for its friendly marshals, clear route signage, and a lively Event Village complete with music, a coffee van, and a spinning medal and generous goody bag.
