The Shoe Some Love FNBRF 5K & Walk is an annual fundraising event held in River Falls, Wisconsin. All proceeds go towards purchasing new athletic shoes and socks for children in need in the local River Falls and Prescott communities.
Events and Fees
The event features three main activities:

The standard entry fee for the in-person and virtual 5K is $28 if received by March 31, 2026, increasing to $35 from April 1, 2026. The Kids Fun Run is free. A bundled registration for the 5K plus an official t-shirt is also available.
Race Day Details
The event takes place on Saturday, April 18, 2026. The start and finish area is the parking lot of the First National Bank of River Falls, located at 104 E Locust St. The schedule includes race-day registration from 7:00 AM to 7:45 AM, the 5K start at 8:00 AM, and the Kids Fun Run at 9:15 AM. The course is certified and described as easy.
Additional Information
Packet pickup is available on Friday, April 17, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the First National Bank in River Falls. The virtual event option runs from April 18 through April 26. Registration fees do not include a t-shirt; shirts must be added to registration separately or purchased in the event store, with a deadline for guaranteed shirts of March 31. Shirts can be picked up during pre-race packet pickup or purchased on race day while supplies last. The race is chip-timed by Pickle Events.
