Event Overview

The series offers a full-series entry and three separate race entries:

Race #1 is scheduled on March 1, Race #2 on March 29, and Race #3 on April 19. Participants can enter the complete series or individual races.
Race Formats and Courses
The series consists of three triathlons with different run, bike, and swim distances:
- Race #1: 3K run / 6 mile bike / 400 yard swim
- Race #2: 400 yard swim / 12 mile bike / 5K run
- Race #3: 400 yard swim / 18 mile bike / 5K run
The first event follows a run-bike-swim order. The last two races follow the usual triathlon order of swim-bike-run, although the order may change based on the weather.
The 400 yard swim is held in the indoor pool at Clear Creek Park's Family Activity Center, using a serpentine pattern across the pool. Races 2 and 3 use staggered swim starts. Bike legs are loop courses with several large hills. Run courses are out-and-back routes inside the park on firm surfaces.
Awards and Series Recognition
Participants who complete all three races receive a medal. Each race presents awards to overall male and female finishers and to age group winners, starting with age 14 and under, then in 5-year increments. Overall male and female series winners receive a special award. Showers are available after the race inside the Family Activity Center.
