Event Information
She Strides Women Only 50K is a women's ultramarathon taking place on August 1, 2026, in Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire. The event starts and finishes at the Wadsworth Community Centre.
Course Description
The 50k route travels through woodlands and open moorland, passing through Hebden Bridge and Haworth. It is set in areas of outstanding natural beauty and includes 5,000 feet of ascent. There is a 10-hour cut-off time at the last checkpoint.
Amenities and Support
Participants will find well-stocked vegan-friendly checkpoints along the course. At the finish, hot food and drinks are available, and a bar is open from 2 pm to 7 pm. Baggage storage, sanitary products, and changing facilities are provided at registration. The support crew is all-female and includes photographers. All finishers receive a medal, and there is an option to add a quality cotton t-shirt to the entry.
Entry Details
Entry fees are £50.00 for standard entries until November 30, 2025, and £65.00 thereafter. Youth entries for participants under 23 years old are £20.00.
