Leeds Abbey Dash - 10K, Leeds, 29 November 2026
The Leeds Abbey Dash is a city 10K organised by Run For All, following a transfer of the event from Age UK in 2025. Age UK remains the lead partner charity. The event has been selected as the England Athletics 10K Championship.
The course starts on Wellington Street in Leeds. Entrants must be aged 15 or over on event day. The event uses chip timing and provides an exclusive finisher medal and a finisher’s goody bag. There is an option to pre-order a finisher t-shirt and an engraved iTAB memento for medals.
On-course support includes water stations supplying 330ml bottles, recycling bins at water stations, pacers sponsored by Arla Protein carrying finish-time flags, and medical personnel at fixed first aid stations near water points plus a first aid unit and recovery area close to the start and finish. Roaming first aiders will operate around the start and finish area.
Baggage may be left in a designated Baggage Store; entrants should use the tear-off strip on their race number and attach it to their bag. Clothing discarded at the start will be collected for donation unless it is checked into the baggage store. MarathonPhotos will take event photographs and official results will be published after the race. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
