Leeds Abbey Dash
The Leeds Abbey Dash is a city-centre 10K road race organised by Run For All. The event name transferred from Age UK to Run For All in 2025, and Age UK remains the lead partner charity. The race has been selected as the England Athletics 10K Championship.
The start line is on Wellington Street. Entrants must be 15 years or over on event day. The event uses chip timing and provides a finisher’s goody bag, an exclusive finisher medal, and an option to pre-order a finisher t-shirt and an engraved iTAB for the medal. Results are published on the event website after the race.
On-course support includes water stations offering 330 ml bottles and recycling bins at each water station. Medical cover includes first aid stations near water points, a first aid unit and recovery area close to the start and finish, and roaming first aiders. Pacers sponsored by Arla Protein will carry flags with target finish times.
Event logistics note that bags should be dropped at the designated Baggage Store with the tear-off strip from the race number tied to the bag, and reclaimed after the race. Clothing discarded at the start will be collected and donated unless left in the baggage store. Photography is provided by MarathonPhotos and images can be purchased after the event. Travel options to the city include car, bus, rail and air, and local road closure information is published for the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
