Event Details

The start line is on Wellington Street. After nearly 40 years of being organized by Age UK, Run For All took over the delivery of the event from 2025. Age UK remains the lead partner charity for the event. The Leeds Abbey Dash is the official England Athletics 10K Championship event.

What's Included

Entry includes chip timing, a finisher’s goody bag, an exclusive finisher medal, and the option to pre-order a finisher t-shirt and iTAB. Pacers sponsored by Arla Protein will be on the course.

Course Support

Water stations are located on the course. A bag drop service is available at a designated Baggage Store. Medical personnel and first aid stations are present on the course and near the start/finish. Official event photography is provided by MarathonPhotos.

Sustainability and Logistics

The event encourages sustainability with provided recycling bins. Participants can donate old trainers at drop-off stations on event day. Only bone-conducting headphones are permitted during the race.

Travel Information

The event is accessible by car, bus, train, and air. The nearest bus stop to the start line is on Boar Lane. Leeds railway station has direct connections. On-street parking around the start/finish area will be suspended. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
