Leeds Abbey Dash - Sunday 29 November 2026
Leeds Abbey Dash is a city road race held on Sunday 29 November 2026 with a distance of 10K. From 2025 the event is delivered by Run For All, with Age UK remaining the lead partner charity. The race has been selected as the England Athletics 10K Championship.
The start line is on Wellington Street. Route materials include static route and elevation maps plus an interactive map. Chip timing is provided and all finishers receive a goody bag and an exclusive finisher medal; entrants can pre-order a finisher t-shirt and an iTAB for medal engraving.
On course there are water stations supplying 330 ml bottles and recycling bins at each water point. Pacers sponsored by Arla Protein will carry flags showing target finish times. Medical cover includes first aid stations near water stations, a first aid unit and recovery area near the start and finish, and roaming first aiders.
Event services include a baggage store that uses a tear-off strip from the race number, on-course photography by MarathonPhotos, and results published on the event website after the race. Clothing left at the start will be collected and donated. A JogOn trainer drop-off will be available next to the Race Office in the Event Village. Only bone conducting headphones are permitted during the race.
Travel options listed for the event include car, bus, rail and air; on-street parking will be suspended around the start and finish. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
