Leeds Abbey Dash
The Leeds Abbey Dash is a chip timed 10K road race in Leeds scheduled for Sunday 29 November 2026. The start line is on Wellington Street. Run For All took over event delivery from Age UK in 2025, and Age UK remains the lead partner charity.
The event has been selected as the England Athletics 10K Championship. Entrants must be 15 years or over on event day. Included with entry are chip timing, a finisher's goody bag, an exclusive finisher medal, and an option to pre-order a finisher t-shirt and an iTAB engraving for the medal.
On race day there is a designated baggage store and competitors should use the tear off strip on their race number to label bags. Water stations supply 330 ml bottles and recycling bins are provided at each water station. Pacers sponsored by Arla Protein will carry flags showing target finish times. Medical crews will be available at regular intervals with fixed first aid stations near water stations and a first aid unit and recovery area near the start and finish. MarathonPhotos will take photos on course and official results are posted on the event results section after the race.
