12th Annual SHARK 5K Run / Competitive Walk & 1 Mile Fun Run
The event takes place on July 4, 2026 at The WHARF Convention Center, Canal Road, Orange Beach, AL 36561. It is organized by Harley Sports LLC and billed as the 12th annual running of the Shark Run. The event page notes an awards party and that all finishers will receive a medal. Custom age-group awards are offered for 5k runners (5-year age increments) and for 5k race walkers (10-year age increments). The first 250 registrants are guaranteed a custom Shark Run shirt in their requested size; subsequent registrants will receive a shirt that may not be the custom design or requested size.
