The LSSC Shamrock Shuffle takes place on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at Lake-Sumter State College South Lake Campus in Clermont, FL (1250 North Hancock Road, Clermont, FL 34711). The event offers multiple race options and a virtual entry.

The course begins on the South Lake campus, follows the South Lake Trail via the Hancock Extension, and finishes back on the Lake-Sumter campus.
Race features, awards and rules
All registered participants receive a t-shirt. Finisher medals are provided to runners who register on or before February 15, 2026; t-shirts and medals are not guaranteed for later registrations. The races are timed. Prizes are awarded to the top three finishers in each race by gender. The top three overall male and female 5K and 10K runners receive placement trophies. Placement recognition in the 5K and 10K is given to the top three male and female finishers in these age groups: 10 & under, 11-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 & over. No placements are awarded in the 1 Mile Fun Run.
Race participants aged 21 and older may use a Green Beer Garden on site. No strollers or pets are allowed on the course. Proceeds support the LSSC Foundation for scholarships and education. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
