Shamrock Run - Salem

GCXC Racing - Youngstown presents the inaugural Shamrock 5K and Kids Fun Run on March 8, 2026, at Waterworth Memorial Park in Salem, Ohio. The park address is 700 Sunset Blvd., Salem, OH 44460. Registration and packet pick up occur in the Salem Community Center, which is located next to the park. Indoor restrooms are available inside the Salem Community Center.

The Kids Fun Run is open to ages 13 and under. The in-person events are professionally chip timed. Registration for the Kids Fun Run includes a finisher medal, custom bib number, and an optional participant shirt. Registration for the 5K includes a finisher medal, custom bib number, participant shirt, and a complimentary alcoholic beverage at Liebe Wein after the event. Top three boys and girls in the kids run receive special prizes. Top three overall male and female finishers in the 5K receive gift cards and Shamrock socks; top three male and female finishers in multiple age groups also receive Shamrock socks.
