The Shamrock 4 Miler takes place Saturday, March 14, 2026 in Charlotte, NC at Stonecrest Shopping Center (7824 Rea Road, 28277). The event includes these distances:

Details
The 4-mile course runs around neighborhoods surrounding the shopping center. The route is mostly downhill in the first half and climbs back toward the finish in the second half. Packet pickup is available the Friday before at all three Run For Your Life store locations, and on-site pickup is available on race day.
Every participant receives a short-sleeve event shirt while supplies last; shirt sizes are ordered from online registration and cannot be switched before the race. There is no bag check service. Porta-potties will be available at the start and finish areas.
Age group and overall awards are presented after the first finisher. Award categories include Overall, Masters, 14 & Under, and standard five-year age groups up to 75+. Unclaimed awards are not shipped. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Dogs are not allowed on the course. Strollers and baby joggers are permitted but have no separate awards category. Medical services at the start and finish are provided by Novant Health. Events are held rain or shine unless organizers and public safety or medical partners determine conditions are unsafe; cancellation for weather does not guarantee a refund or transfer.
