Turkey Dash Charlotte takes place on Thanksgiving morning in the Village at Robinson Farm in Charlotte, NC (8410 Rea Rd, 28277). The event offers family-focused running and walking options and a small activity area for children.

Distances offered:

• 4-mile timed run/walk
• 1-mile fun run/walk

If a participant registers for the 4-mile event, entry to the 1-mile fun run/walk is included at no additional cost. A 2026 event tee shirt is available for participants. A "Family Village" on site includes bounce houses and other activities for children.

Race-day operations note that Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department officers will staff major intersections and there will be temporary road closures along the course to manage traffic and support participant safety. Parking is available in nearby shopping center and church lots on Elm Lane.

Logistics include an in-person bib and tee pickup opportunity on the day before the event at Charlotte Running Company (Promenade), and limited race-day pickup. Strollers are allowed with passengers not requiring a bib; participants using strollers are asked to start toward the back. Dogs are not permitted. The event supports Changing Lives Together Foundation, which serves special needs children and children with life-altering medical circumstances in the Charlotte area.
