Seven Sevens Race

The Seven Sevens Race is a challenging mountain running event held in Newcastle, Northern Ireland, starting from Greenhill YMCA. This 30.5 km race features a demanding 2600m ascent, covering the seven highest peaks in the Mourne Mountains. The 2025 edition follows a clockwise course and is part of the NIMRA Championship Long race series.

It requires participants to have strong fitness and navigation skills due to the open mountain terrain and potential poor weather conditions.
