Saintfield 5k & 10k takes place at Saintfield Sports Club on Comber Street, Saintfield. Entrants can choose between 5k or 10k; entries are capped at 500. The course is officially measured and certified.

All entrants receive a bespoke medal, with cash prizes for the top male and female finishers and age-category prizes; the total prize fund is over £1,200. A portion of each entry fee goes to Dementia NI. A Club Trophy is awarded to the club with the highest number of entries.
