The swimming portion occurs in the clear water of Sebago Lake, where average water temperatures are typically in the mid-60s. The bike course follows country roads, while the run takes place on wooded trails throughout the St. Joseph’s College campus. The Sprint Run follows a 5k course with many bridges, consisting of a flat red loop and a blue finish loop. Aid stations are located approximately every mile during the run.
The event is sanctioned by USA Triathlon. Professional chip timing is used to track splits for the swim, bike, run, and both transitions. Awards are presented to top finishers across various age groups, as well as specialized categories such as Clydesdale, Athena, and relay divisions. On-site parking is available on campus near the transition area. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
