Jimmy the Greeks Frozen 4-Miler : Old Orchard Beach, Maine
The Jimmy the Greeks Frozen 4-Miler is a four mile road race scheduled for January 17, 2027, at Jimmy the Greek's Brick Oven Restaurant, 215 Saco Avenue, Old Orchard Beach, ME 04064. Walkers are explicitly welcome.
The event donates to "Send a Kid to Camp" through the Old Orchard Beach Recreational Department. Packet pickup and final pre-registration take place the evening before the race at the restaurant between 6:00 and 8:00 PM; registrants receive 20 percent off food orders and there is free live music during pickup.
Entry fees are listed in tiers: $26 for early registration through June 1, $29 from June 1 through October 14, $34 thereafter, and $39 for race day registration and packet pickup. The deadline to guarantee a race shirt is January 1.
Awards include cash prizes for top overall male and female finishers and awards by age group from 14 and under through 80 plus. Team awards are offered for groups that meet a four person minimum. Race staffing is provided by the Old Orchard Beach Recreation Department.
Parking is available at the restaurant and on adjacent side streets unless posted otherwise; parking meters are not enforced in January. The site is accessible from I-95 via exit 36 to I-195, then Saco Avenue. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
