The Seamark MudRun is a charity running event held at Seamark Ranch in Green Cove Springs, FL. The main event is a 5K that includes 26 obstacles routed through woods, fields, ponds, and mud. The day also includes a separate 1-mile fun run.

All proceeds benefit Seamark Ranch, a Christian boys' and girls' home in Green Cove Springs. The event is organized as a fundraiser; entry fees are nonrefundable. The event takes place regardless of weather conditions.

Practical event details include free parking and on-site check-in. Participants are advised to arrive and check in about one hour before their wave. Bib numbers are posted alphabetically on the "BIB #" board along the walkway to Check-In. Race bibs, t-shirts, and race packets are collected in the Check-In area. A gear check is available at no charge. A "things you'll want to know" document will be sent by email the week of the run and will also be posted online.
